Cancellation Policy/Refunds

Upon request for cancellation or refund is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please be aware of the following cancellation policy for Conference Tickets: If you cancel before September 1st, 2018, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between September 2, 2018 and September 29th, 2018, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee. If you cancel after September 30th, 2018, you are not eligible for a refund but may send someone in your place. To request a refund or transfer your ticket to the event to another person, email contact@iaminfiniteall.com Only requests made by the original purchaser/registrant will be honored.
A request for transfer to another person may be requested.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
